Thank you for your voice, your compassion, continuing to show up and write for all of us.
Your brilliant mind is so very appreciated and I can't tell you the ways I have turned to you and a few others in the storm of heavy heartbreak both for your well thought through wisdom, and yes, some escape looking at the progress of those gorgeous vinegar stain + linseed oiled floors!
May you have a beautiful Thanksgiving with your family. Thank you for the ways you make the world better for thousands.
That Washington Post article is the most upsetting thing I’ve ever read and seen and I think everyone should read it. Particularly lawmakers trying to pass gun rights legislation. I don’t know how you can look at those pictures and not want to immediately repeal the 2nd Amendment.
Thank you for sharing the article on AK47s. I lived 50 minutes from Uvalde when the shooting happened and I’ve never felt so terrified. These photos are gutting. I am a high school teacher and weekly I consider what I would do should a shooter enter the building. We have to go more for our children, our students, and the many souls that teach & care for those children.

Sorry, but I need to cancel subscription. Retired and budgeting now. Pls advise.
