Hi, I’m Gabrielle Blair and this is my newsletter. It’s completely free to access and read, but if you feel so moved to support my work, please consider a paid newsletter subscription: just $5/month or save money with the $50/annual sub. You can also go way above and beyond by becoming a Founding Member at $75. Or, some of you have let me know you’d rather send money directly via Paypal and Venmo (@gabrielle-blair). Thank you! Seriously, thank you. Support from readers keeps this newsletter ad and sponsor-free.
Happy February! In 2022, I remember feeling like January would never end, but this year, it flew right by before I could catch my breath and I never really made time to do some of my typical January traditions. So even though it’s no longer “Happy New Year” season, I’m going to share a little recap of 2022 by featuring five of my favorite newsletters from last year.

8 Secrets to the Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is the BEST reference guide (with recipe!). You’ll want to bookmark it, I promise. There’s even a trouble-shooting section with images of not-quite-right cookies that can help you figure out how to achieve the exact texture you’re looking for.
You Light Up My World Valentines
Looking for a candy-free Valentine idea? This one is a big hit — it features handy little finger-lights and there’s a free printable to help make it even easier.
Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta Bake
I guess “bake” in this case is just an alternate name for “casserole”. I sure love casseroles. This one is super easy, uses ingredients you probably have on hand or can easily stock, and it’s ready in about 30 minutes.
Make a Heart-shaped Pom Pom Bookmark
Gosh these are so cute. I find them irresistible. You could make one as a sweet little valentine for your sweetheart, or make a dozen to share with your bookclub this month. All you need to make these is yarn and scissors.
That’s all for now. Feel free to comment on anything I mentioned above, or whatever’s on your mind.
kisses,
Gabrielle
I am keeping my fingers crossed you'll make it to the UK on your book tour. I wanted to make sure our public library had a copy and when I requested it online they responded back within an hour saying they had ordered it!
I'll need to refresh instagram every hour to make sure I don't miss the SF link! Can't wait to see you IRL!
